As the Marketing and Business Development VP of Oasis Systems, Mr Michael McElwain is responsible for identifying and leading the company through identification, capture and award of new business pursuits. He has over thirty years of Department of Defense acquisition experience covering Research, Development, Test and Evaluation of critical weapon systems with strong emphasis across Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Test Center, Air Force Research Laboratory, and the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center. During Mr McElwain’s tenure Oasis has achieved strong growth from 120 employees and $17M in annual revenue to over 1,000 employees and revenue greater than $150M in 2017. Mr. McElwain joined Oasis in March 2006 following 16 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation where he was ultimately responsible for all of the corporation’s Electronic Systems Sector business development at Hanscom AFB valued at over $1B. Mr McElwain has held numerous officer and board of director positions with industry associations and is Past-President of the Lexington-Concord Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and Past-President of the Patriots’ Roost Chapter of the Association of Old Crows (AOC). Mr McElwain is located at the Oasis home office in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Tom led an investment group that acquired Oasis Systems in November 2010. Prior to Oasis Tom was founder and CEO of American Security Ventures, a firm that specialized in raising Thomas J. Colatosti, President and Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Systems
Mr. Krawczyk is responsible for providing strategic planning, direction and guidance for all engineering, technical, and management services for Air Force programs. He manages the operations of select Battle Management; Pete Krawczyk, President, DoD Programs Division
