Greg Esses

Vice President, Eglin Programs

Mr. Esses is currently the Vice President of Eglin Programs for Oasis and serves as the Oasis TMAS Program Manager at Eglin AFB. He is located in Niceville Florida and leads of team of over 110 acquisition, test, logistics and financial management professionals supporting Air Force Armament Programs throughout the United States and abroad. He has over 21 years’ experience leading Air Force weapons programs and is a certified Level III Program Manager. He retired from active duty in the United States Air Force in 2007, and has held positions in engineering, test and evaluation, and program management. Mr Esses has led an Air Force Materiel Command’s Product Center Acquisition Center of Excellence (ACE), served as a Center level Executive Office,  Deputy Director of a MAJCOMs Commander’s Acton Group and as the program manager for a $924 million ACAT II Air Force weapon program.  Upon retiring from the Air Force, he provided senior level consulting services to the DoD and industry and joined Oasis in 2008.

Tom led an investment group that acquired Oasis Systems in November 2010. Prior to Oasis Tom was founder and CEO of American Security Ventures, a firm that specialized in raising Thomas J. Colatosti, President and Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Systems
Mr. Krawczyk is responsible for providing strategic planning, direction and guidance for all engineering, technical, and management services for Air Force programs. He manages the operations of select Battle Management; Pete Krawczyk, President, DoD Programs Division
