Today, Oasis employs almost 1000 personnel: full-time, part-time, and consultants. Oasis’ highest priority is the safety of our employees. We hold regular safety meetings when necessary and conduct annual inspections. It is important that our employees are trained in the importance of safe work environments to ensure an accident free workplace. Oasis also conducts periodic drug testing and physicals. Many of our employees are trained in both first aid and CPR.

Professional Development:

As a result, our employees have access to online learning thru Skillsoft, whereby staff can learn at their leisure using online training.  However, if staff want to complete training by attending a classroom or training site, then we can support this type of training as well.

We gladly provide financial support for staff to complete any type of job related training.  Further, we also provide reimbursement for attendance at conferences and symposiums, in order that staff can remain up to date with new technological advances as well as obtain applicable certification credits.
