Our Benefits

Oasis offers full-time employees who work at least 30 hours per week eligibility to participate in the employee benefits program.

1  Health Insurance: Employees can participate in our group health plans, which include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision. The coverage levels differ depending on the plan you choose.

2 Paid time off and Annual leave: All employees need time away from work to help balance their lives. Full-time employees are eligible to  Paid Time Off (PTO) which may be used as sick or vacation leave.

3 Observed Holidays: Oasis recognizes the following paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

4  Flexible Spending Accounts: Oasis offers the opportunity to take advantage of our Health and Dependent Flexible Spending accounts which is provided through ADP.  These Flexible spending accounts enable employees to pay for dependent care and or/certain health care expenses with pre-tax dollars.

5 Education Reimbursement: Oasis supports and encourages technical training for employees by offering a tuition reimbursement program. Oasis will assist in paying for approved work-related courses, attending approved technical and management development seminars, and workshops.

6  Employee Referral Program: Our best hires come from our employee referrals.  Oasis provides an incentive award to a current employee who brings new talent to the company by referring applicants who are selected and successfully employed with Oasis.

7  Life, LTD and STD coverage: Oasis offers Company Paid Long Term and Short Term Disability, along with Group Life Insurance and AD&D. The Employee has the option to choose a Voluntary Life and AD&D plan.

8 Bereavement Leave: Oasis provides paid leave for eligible employees to fulfill family obligations in the event of the death of an immediate family member (as defined by Oasis policy).  The number of paid bereavement days is determined pursuant to Company Policies and Procedures.

9 401(k): Oasis offers a competitive 401(k) plan with a wide variety of investment options (including Roth).  All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in this plan on his/her first day of employment.

10  Employee Assistance Program: The Oasis Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential information, support, and referral service, offering tools and resources designed to help meet the challenges of modern life.  This benefit is provided at no cost to Oasis employees and their families.

Tom led an investment group that acquired Oasis Systems in November 2010. Prior to Oasis Tom was founder and CEO of American Security Ventures, a firm that specialized in raising Thomas J. Colatosti, President and Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Systems
Mr. Krawczyk is responsible for providing strategic planning, direction and guidance for all engineering, technical, and management services for Air Force programs. He manages the operations of select Battle Management; Pete Krawczyk, President, DoD Programs Division
